Please join us for the Bucks County premier screening of George Nakashima: Woodworker on Thursday, October 13th at Bucks County Community College.
We are also pleased to cosponsor, with Techne’ and Collab, the documentary screening on October 15th at Philadelphia Museum of Art.
The two-hour documentary offers a rare and very personal perspective of George Nakashima and the work that he designed and produced over a period of 54 years.
Both screenings will be followed by a Q&A with Mira Nakashima, daughter of George Nakashima and Creative Director of George Nakashima Woodworkers and President of Nakashima Foundation for Peace, and John Nakashima, nephew of George Nakashima and filmmaker.
